Tripping Off to Canberra

We decided to take a little trip to our nation’s capital, Canberra. The main purpose of this visit was to send the husband of one of the Thistlewig Sisters up in a balloon. This wasn't just any balloon flight; he would participate in the 2025 Canberra Balloon Spectacular.

We set off from Toowoomba and made our way to our first stop for the night in Coonabarabran, NSW, where we waited for our travel companions to catch up with us in their motorhome. Along the journey to Canberra, we stopped at a few places, some of which will be featured in our images. First stop, Crystal Kingdom Coonabarabran, NSW.
