Who is Dotti Thistlewig ??
The name Dotti Thistlewig popped into Margie's head. Robbie laughed and said "Where did that come from? It's a great name. I love it." From here the stories of Dotti and her adventures began.
One day, my creators, Margie and Robbie, now known as the Thistlewig Sisters, were chatting on Skype about writing a story.
The garden gnome you see here inspired the sisters, who began brainstorming ideas for a potential children's story book.

Robbie started to create Dotti, inspired by the little gnome you see here, and the story soon blossomed into an ongoing series of short stories about Dotti's adventures.
Meet Miss Dotti Thistlewig
Hello, I'm Dotti. I'm a Garden Gnome who likes to sneak around at night. We Garden Gnomes are sometimes comical in stature and often have a playful whimsical nature. We play tricks on our humans, moving things about in the garden. Although I enjoy the fun, I'm a little different you see; despite my small appearance and the fact, I'm a gnome, has never stopped my adventurous nature. I love to travel. Venturing into neighbouring backyard gardens was how it all began. Now my adventures are taking me all over the world. Follow me to see where I go next.
