Who is Dotti Thistlewig ??

One day, my creators, Margie and Robbie, now known as the Thistlewig Sisters, were chatting on Skype about writing a story.

The garden gnome you see here inspired the sisters, who began brainstorming ideas for a potential children's story book.

The name Dotti Thistlewig popped into Margie's head.  Robbie laughed and said, "Where did that come from?  It's a great name.  I love it." 

Robbie started to create Dotti, inspired by the little gnome you see here, and the story soon blossomed into an ongoing series of short stories about Dotti's adventures.
